Rental Requirements

Airport Transfers

Insurance Becomes Invalid If
- The vehicle is driven by an unauthorised driver.
- The driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Serious traffic regulations are violated.
- The vehicle is driven off-road.
- No police report is obtained after an accident.
- The accident is reported late.
- Interior damage caused by misuse.
Not Covered by Insurance
- Damage to tyres, wheels, windows, keys and interior trim may not be covered.
- Vehicle tires are not covered under the traffic insurance policy. If a tire is punctured (e.g., by a nail), the cost of repair—or, in the event of a tear, the cost of replacement with a new, reasonably priced equivalent—is the responsibility of the renter and the driver from the moment the vehicle is put into use.
- Our company does not provide refunds for tires.

Cancellation Status
In the event of a vehicle reservation cancellation, we must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a one-day fee will be charged.
